This poor old Yale had a “spring malfunction”, probably on one of those nasty hand made pins that Denis put together.  Had the spring not gotten caught in the shear line, this would have been one tough lock to pick open.  The pins were beautiful!  I cannot even IMAGINE how hard it would have been had two or three cylinders been threaded, countersunk or undercut.  I would probably STILL be fighting with it.

Shortly after posting the video Denis emailed and said he’s building version TWO, this time with “certified” springs.  He is one determined guy, I’ll give him credit for that!  Thanks Denis!
