My vises are made by Panavise, a U.S. Company.  The one with the wide jaws is the model 350.  The smaller one is the model 301. Both have the 312 Base mount – www.panavise.com

  1. I strongly suspect that these are vulnerable to a technique shown by Barry Wels of Toool in 2007 that was for Axa and Abus locks of almost identical design. Vulnerable locks are opened in the space of a couple of seconds.
A blank key that fits the lock is inserted, tension applied & the key swiftly withdrawn from the keyway. The effectively takes & opens the lock.
There is a YouTube video about it here : http://youtu.be/K4SUSt2cwEk
And a link to a discussion of the technique here : https://blackbag.toool.nl/?p=151
There is also further discussion of this elsewhere on the blackbag site.

  2. In Then Netherlands it's like a standard lock often from factory, there are different types of cores, old ones could be opened with a flat screwdriver
