(1255) Euro Gutting DISASTER

My vises are made by Panavise, a U.S. Company.  The one with the wide jaws is the model 350.  The smaller one is the model 301. Both have the 312 Base mount – www.panavise.com

  1. Happy St Patrick’s Day, Bill, come have a few cold ones and a few “shorties” at the FOP with the Boys-in-Blue to relieve some stress . . . ….☘☘🍻🍺🥃, great pickin’ . . .. …..shoulda used a shim 👍😉

  2. Kinda looked like me and my first attempt to gut a lock pins and springs flying everywhere.
At least you kept all the pins and springs all mine went somewhere

  3. Yeah, never done that before…

When you forget to shim it, get the driver pins into the slots for the actuator, get them back up there and slide the core back in. THEN you shim and try again.
