(1236) Review: HPC Superior Pick Kit

My vises are made by Panavise, a U.S. Company.  The one with the wide jaws is the model 350.  The smaller one is the model 301. Both have the 312 Base mount – www.panavise.com

  1. What happened to HPC? The “thought” that went into this kit was piece count, not utility. This is right up there with the “ID Badge Pick Set”.
Oh well, what’s another non-starter in a lineup full of of non-starters?

  2. You would think they would put a little more thought into these kits.
Half of it is not all that useful.

  3. Nice set but I think u should sale a kit because their always missing something and u always put in what someone's really going to need

  4. That's funny, I was half way done with my comment, "what, no top of the keyway" when you added them as an afterthought.

My first set was an HPC that I still use today. I've had it for over 20 years and the only issue was one of the rivets on a handle fell out. It's my go to kit for American and Master locks. The thin hook opens the Americans and the well worn snake rake pops Masters in seconds.

For the money though I'd rather buy a Madbobs or similar.

  5. Bill.. this channel is awesome! I got into lock picking from your channel. It's a hobby I have been truly enjoying. Thanks again for the great videos!
